Year of the Girl
Above, Lillian is pictured with her only female friend, Mia. Don’t get me wrong, Lillian is not a dweeb with no friends. She is super hip and, if she had a Facebook page, surely she’d have like 756 friends…except they would all be dudes.
The trend among my friends with babies is to have boys. I’m sure Lillian won’t complain about this come prom season, but what about when she needs to have some serious girl talk? Or freak about getting her period for the first time? Or gush about said boys? She needs more chicks!
Well, the time has come. I claim 2010 as the YEAR OF THE GIRL! The latest wave of preggo friends will bring about at least a couple of girls, one as soon as June! And I have a couple of friends in the queqe to find out the sex of their kid and I am thinking pink!
Lillian, get ready for tea parties, and sleepovers – your girlfriends are on their way!
