3 Year Anniversary
Last Thursday, Brian and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary! We celebrated by leaving Lillian with a babysitter for the night (thanks Lori!) and went to see the new Harry Potter movie. We grabbed a pizza beforehand and took it in with us. We had the box open across our laps and Brian went to use the restroom before the movie started. We had been the only ones in the theater, and while he was gone more people came in and I looked like a lonely loser sitting in a movie theater and attacking a giant pizza all by myself – awesome! We enjoyed the movie and it was great to come home and find that Lillian had been an angel while we were gone. Of course, the celebration included a replica of our wedding cake (the flavor, not the design) – it is SO good!
The celebration continued yesterday, when we ventured to the outlet mall in search of new wallets for the two of us since leather is the traditional third anniversary gift. Our trip was a success – we found wallets, (Brian found two), and we found some other things as well. The stroller serves as the perfect bag holder! However, the bags almost weighed it down too much and we had to keep our hands on it to keep it from falling backwards by the time we were done!
